Technology Industries Employers of Finland has negotiated and signed new collective agreements for the technology industry (electronics and electrotechnical industry, mechanical engineering industry, metals industry), information technology and consulting engineering.

Information on membership

Membership of Technology Industry Employers of Finland requires membership of Technology Industries of Finland. As a member of Technology Industries of Finland, a company can choose whether it wants to be within the scope of national collective bargaining.
