A negotiation result was found for the wage settlement of employees in the technology industry
The Technology Industry Employers of Finland and Industrial Union reached a negotiation solution in the salary settlement for the employees in the technology industry. The content of the solution will be announced on Sunday after the hearing of Union’s administration.
The result of the negotiations was reached on Friday during the negotiations led by the national conciliator Anu Sajavaara. If the administrations of the parties accept the negotiation result, the upcoming strikes announced by Industrial Union will be cancelled and the ban on overtime will end.
