A settlement proposal to the labor dispute of senior employees in the technology industry

Technology Industry Employers of Finland and The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN will give their answers tomorrow, Wednesday, at 1:00 p.m. If the settlement proposal is accepted, the strike announced by YTN will be canceled and the overtime bans will end.

The second three-day strike announced by YTN threatens on February 15th in forty technology companies. The Federation also has an open-ended overtime ban both in the technology industry and in the consulting sector.

Considering the general binding, approximately 54,000 senior salaried employees are covered by the collective agreement for senior employees in the technology industry.
